16 Guidelines Sunday Morning Workshops

The 16 Guidelines offer a simple and practical tool for achieving a happier, more meaningful life. They are a framework that you can use to live in a way that benefits yourself and others. The 16 Guidelines training programme has led to the creation of innovative projects all over the globe. The 16 Guidelines are suitable for people of all ages, faiths and cultural traditions.

These lively workshops will be appropriate for those who are new to the 16G and for those who want to deepen their application of them after participating in a 16G weekend Introductory course. Recommended reading is ‘16 Guidelines for Life: The Basics’ by Alison Murdoch and Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw.

Please bring vegetarian food to share for lunch after the workshop.
