Anyone can meditate.  These drop-in Meditation Classes will enable you to experience and learn basic meditation techniques to help you unwind, de-stress and calm your mind.

These Monday classes are very popular and include guided meditations with opportunities for sharing observations and asking questions.

Thursdays  from 16 September until 16 December (excluding 28 October & 4 November)

Time: 12:30 - 13:30

These half-hour drop-in sessions will enable you to experience basic meditation techniques to help you unwind, de-stress and calm your mind during your lunch break.

 
What is Meditation?

Meditation can help people feel less anxious and more in control.

The awareness that meditation brings can be a source of insight, self-understanding and an aid to develop mindfulness.

Meditation is a proven method to relieve problems and difficulties and to increase energy, creativity and happiness.
