Anyone can meditate.  These drop-in Meditation Classes will enable you to experience and learn basic meditation techniques to help you unwind, de-stress and calm your mind. 
Suggested donation: £5 per class.


 
Lunchtime Meditation

Thursdays: 12:30 - 13:00 from 5 January to 29 March 2012
Tuesdays 12:30 - 13:00 from 10 January 2012 to 27 March  2012

 These half-hour drop-in sessions will enable you to experience basic meditation techniques to help you unwind, de-stress and calm your mind during your lunch break.  Suggested donation: £3 per class.

 

 
What is Meditation?

Meditation can help people feel less anxious and more in control.

The awareness that meditation brings can be a source of insight, self-understanding and an aid to develop mindfulness.

Meditation is a proven method to relieve problems and difficulties and to increase energy, creativity and happiness.
