If you're not already a Friend and would like access why not Become a Friend of JBCL

We are very happy that anyone who comes to Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds can use the Centre, can access  authentic, quality teachings and can use of the library facilities on the premises. All Dharma teachings are free of charge but need donations to cover the running costs of a city centre venue.  Nobody should feel that they are excluded from the teachings due to lack of funds. Those who support the centre spiritually are an essential part of the Dharma community.

It does, however, take more money to run Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds than is often realised. Everyone involved with JBCL is an unpaid volunteer.  The costs of running JBCL total more than £550 every week!

The contribution of time from volunteers and the money raised from donations during classes go some way to maintain JBCL but they do not cover the £2200 per month cost of running it.
In order to fulfil the centre’s aims it needs your support and you can do this by becoming a Friend.
