Puja is a chanted prayer ceremony which shows respect and devotion. It creates merit (positive energy) for yourself or others.  You can join in the prayers and chanting from the sadhana (spiritual text) or simply sit, listen and enjoy the blessings.
The monthly puja is specifically used to bring the blessings of the Medicine Buddha, so come along, make offerings, participate and enjoy.  Everyone is welcome.
